Terms & Conditions:

These terms and conditions are essential for travelers to be aware of our policy before booking to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments during their trip. 

1. Travel Insurance: It is essential that all clients arrange adequate travel/holiday insurance cover.

2. Making a booking: The lead traveler must be at least 18 years old and a 50% deposit per person is required at the time of booking. The balance is due eight weeks before departure. A reminder is not sent to you, it is your responsibility to forward the balance by the due date. 

3. Tennis/Padel Arrangements: Changes to any tennis/padel schedules may be necessary from time to time due to court unavailability/weather conditions. Changes will be communicated to you and alternative arrangements made wherever
   possible. In the unlikely event of rain making all courts unplayable, no refunds will be given. Should head coach Alan Beaddie be unavailable due to injury, illness or any other reason beyond his control, we will endeavour to provide an alternative qualified coach for that day.

4. Photos & videos: By participating in our events or providing photos and videos, you agree to us being allowed to use these materials in our promotion of our tennis/padel holidays, including but not limited to newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, social media and the company website.

5. Cancellation: Great care has been taken to ensure that the promoted holiday is of good quality, however, if any changes to your holiday are necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, we will advise you prior to departure. When major changes are required, we will offer a refund.
